Guidolin, Carolina
Carolina Guidolin is a doctoral student in circadian neuroscience at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in Tübingen and the Technical University of Munich, Germany. Trained in translational neuroscience at the Universities of Glasgow (BSc) and Würzburg (MSc), she currently investigates sex differences in circadian rhythms and how evening light exposure shapes human physiology. Alongside her research, she hosts Light O’Clock, an award-winning science communication podcast that brings expert conversations on circadian rhythms, sleep, and light to a broad audience.
