Here are some ways you can participate at Buch Wien:

Showroom

Includes: 1 wall with 4 book shelves, 1 stand sign (black letters on white background), daily cleaning, supervision, 2 exhibitor passes and 3 free tickets.

Don’t have the staff or resources to set up a stand of your own? Book a shelf in our Showroom instead!

With its prime location and eye-catching design, the Buch Wien Showroom is a real visitor hotspot. 

Our staff will provide professional stand supervision throughout the entire duration of the book fair and will take care of set-up and pack-down (provided that book delivery/collection is carried out by Mohr-Morawa Buchvertriebs GmbH).

Modular system stands

A modular system stand makes it easy for you to participate in the book fair, as all services come from a single source. You can choose between various stand and equipment types, starting at just 4 m².

All modular stands can be customised in terms of wall design and, for sizes of 12 m² or above, also in terms of carpet and wall colour. Depending on the size of the stand, a range of different furniture options is also available. For a small extra fee, you can have your logo printed onto the stand sign.

Our modular system stand A is the most popular option among publishers. It provides a maximum amount of shelf space and is available from 4 m².

Standtyp B

Stand Type B

Our modular system stand B is ideal for the presentation of non-book products. The stand can be fully customised according to your needs and products.

Standtyp Plus

Stand Type Plus

Our modular system stand Plus bridges the gap between a system stand and a custom-built stand. Thanks to its unique stand design, high-quality materials and above-average height, it offers an extremely attractive way to present your publications.

As an exhibitor at Buch Wien 26, you have the exclusive opportunity to submit programme suggestions for our carefully curated stage programme.

Events are selected based on content and organisational considerations. These include the social relevance of the topic, the connection to our programme focus areas, the literary and artistic quality of a work, the topicality of the book, audience interest and the available venue space.

The deadline for programme submissions was 29 May 2026.
